1. A copy of the applicant ID card.
2. A copy of visitor's passports or the temporary travel document valid for not less than 6 months, exit, entry visa and the residence permit in the arrival country valid for not less than 6 months.
3. A document that proves the kinship relation.
4. If the applicant was a private company or institution, a letter must be enclosed from the applicant's company or the institution addressing his Excellency the Minister of Interior in which he explains the purpose of visiting and the commitment of guaranteeing the visitor's departure after the expiry date of visit.
5. If the visitor comes from a country other than his or her original country, he/ she must enclose a copy of his/her residence permit in the arrival country valid for not less than 6 months.
6. If the applicant is not Jordanian and resides in the Kingdom, he/ she must enclose a copy of valid residence permit in the Kingdom; and the kinship relation must be from the first degree.
7. Judicial bail or security according to the application nature to guarantee the visitor departure of the Kingdom after the expiry date of visit.
8. If the visitor has a temporary travel document, he/she must enclose a copy of the document valid for not less than 6 months, exit and entry visa and residence permit in the arrival country valid for not less than 6 months and a judicial bail with an amount of 500 JDs to guarantee the visitor departure of the Kingdom after the expiry date of visit.
9. In respect of transit visas, the applicant must obtain an entry visa to the country which he/she intends to enter in advance.
10. If the visa is for work purposes, the applicant must enclose a letter from the Ministry of Labor illustrating the job of the visitor, place of work, name of sponsor or a copy of valid work permit.
11. In the case of artists coming for the purpose of working in a hotel or a nightclub, the sponsor is requested to enclose a letter from the Ministry of Culture and a permit to practice the artistic work obtained from the Artists Association in which the period of the required work, the name of sponsor or his/her address is determined.
12. If the visa is for studying purpose, the applicant must obtain a letter from the university or the college where the applicant will study.
